London Love

I'm having the time of my life!

London is absolutely beautiful. I love her madly, and would marry her if she was a Christian. The city is teeming with history and culture, and there's so much that captures the imagination.

In one day, I saw almost every major landmark of London. Surprisingly, the touristy spots were not disappointing, especially Westminster Abbey. The grandeur and beauty of the church is, like, totally wow.

I also got to watch a live debate in the House of Commons chamber where members of Parliament go at it. The chamber is great. It's intimate and designed to be confrontational. Visiting Harrods, an aristocratic Walmart that sells high quality products, was also a hoot. I've never seen such a high caliber collection and presentation of luxury and gourmet products. Out of all experiences, my favorite was just walking around the city, especially Notting Hill and Kensington.

I just arrived in Dublin. I'll be here for two days, and will be drinking plenty of Guinness and whiskey. And I can't wait to see real leprechauns. Lucky me!
